Our Flores Arabica green beans are meticulously processed to ensure consistency and quality.
These beans are high-grown (1,200–1,600 masl), resulting in a dense structure that holds up beautifully to various roast profiles.
The “Clean” Factor: Many people expect Indonesian coffee to be “earthy” or “funky” (like Gayo). Flores is often much cleaner and sweeter, which is a major selling point.
The Soil: Always mention volcanic soil, it’s a buzzword that consumers associate with high quality and mineral richness.
Mouthfeel: Flores Arabica is known for a creamy, syrupy body that feels “expensive” on the palate.

Flores Robusta Green Coffee Bean
Our Flores beans are sourced from high-altitude estates where they are processed with the same care as specialty Arabica. This results in a “Fine Robusta” profile that is exceptionally clean and low in acidity.
The Body: Incredible, syrupy mouthfeel the “heavyweight champion” of coffees.
The Crema: Produces a thick, stable golden foam ideal for espresso.
Altitude: Grown higher than average Robusta, leading to a denser bean and more refined sugars.
The Vibe: Low acidity, high caffeine, and notes of dark cocoa and toasted grain.

Candlenut
Wild-harvested from the volcanic slopes of Flores, our de-shelled candlenuts retain their natural ivory color and mineral-rich quality. Their exceptional density ensures a smooth, creamy texture, perfect for everything from artisanal pastes to industrial grade production.
Texture: Firm and waxy when raw; creamy and smooth when ground.
Aroma: Mildly nutty with a clean, earthy finish.
